Because all our offerings are digital products, the following policy applies:

• No Cancellations: Once a digital product is purchased, it cannot be cancelled.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any subscription or one-time purchase unless there is a technical issue from our side preventing access.

• Exceptions: If there’s a duplicate payment or technical error, users must contact us within 48 hours for review.

• No refunds will be provided for downloaded content or completed mock tests.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
